IT Support Specialist

This position will support the network infrastructure. Technical knowledge of LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, TCP/IP, Windows Operating Systems, Apple Operating Systems, Active Directory, Terminal Services, Patch Management Solutions, and Office Suite. Equipment experience includes Printers, Multi-function devices, PCs, and iPhones/iPads. Applicant must have excellent communication skills, self-motivated, project management experience, and proficient with data communication principles including TCP/IP protocol models, network security, operations, performance monitoring, and good analytical and problem solving skills. Provide excellent customer service and work well with outside vendors. Position will provide on-call support approximately every sixth Saturday morning and some duties will be completed during non-banking hours.
