IT Analyst ll

This full-time position will support the network and communication infrastructure. Technical knowledge of LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, TCP/IP, MPLS, VOIP, Windows Operating Systems, VMWare VSphere, Terminal Services, Exchange, Office Suite, and SQL. Equipment experience includes Cisco routers, switches, ASA, wireless controllers, access points, servers/PCs, and iPhones/iPads. Applicant must have excellent communication skills, self motivated, project management experience, and proficient with data communication principles including TCP/IP protocol models, network security, operations, performance monitoring and good analytical and problem solving skills. Provide excellent customer service and work well with outside vendors. Position will provide on-call support approx. every fifth Saturday morning.

Client Associate

Essential duties and responsibilities include: assisting investment advisors in performance of sales and operational activities by speaking with clients, answering operation questions and interfacing with back office operations. Associate will also be responsible for identifying and resolving operational issue of accounts, new accounts, and maintaining proper account documents.




Sioux Falls - Loft Advisors


Candidates must have cash handling experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, strong numerical skills with attention to detail, computer experience in MS Word and Excel, ability to follow policy and procedures and maintain strict confidentiality. This position may require standing for long periods of time and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Hours include M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and every fourth Saturday morning.





Customer Care Specialist

This position will respond to customer phone inquires regarding a full range of customer transactions, products and services, and internet banking. The individual will seek opportunities to retain and attract customer relationships by assessing customer needs.The qualified candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, demonstrate effective decision making, uphold a high degree of accuracy, maintain strict confidentiality, attention to detail, possess organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Administrative Assistant

Essential duties and responsibilities include: general support to the Private Banking Officers as well as assist customers with their banking needs, composes and types routine correspondence, organizes and maintains file system, answers and screens telephone calls; arranges conference calls, coordinates scheduling/appointments, greets visitors and escorts to appropriate area, coordinates/arranges meetings, prepares agendas, records meeting minutes, makes copies of correspondences, prepares outgoing mail and correspondence including email and faxes, orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.

Branch Manager    

Position summary includes: generate new customer relationships with emphasis on Agri-Business profiles while providing support and assistance to Business Banking customers, provide leadership and coaching to all staff, plan and manage branches total activities, compile loan package including applicant required documentation; negotiate loan structure including rates, fees and repayment options, ensure loan documents are complete and accurate according to policy, and assume leadership roles in business and service related organizations. This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training.
