Private Banking Officer

Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities: supports the Private Bankers with the origination and documentation for all consumer loan and deposit products and services; trains new Private Bank customers on features and benefits of the bank's online and mobile banking account access platforms; works closely within the framework of a small team that works together to exceed both customer expectations and departmental growth objectives; evaluates needs of potential Private Bank customers and offers appropriate financial products and services; prepares and compiles new customer application and information to open new accounts; ensures completeness of loan documentation on new loan account set-up; provides ongoing relationship servicing with current Private Bank customers to maintain goodwill and gain additional business; informs and advises customers of status or enhancements to current account productivity; responds to customer inquiries and requests regarding account; coordinates and assists back office personnel in resolving credit problems, delinquent payment issues, and other related affairs; promotes and cross-sells other establishment products and services as appropriate to customer requirements; and generates new business to assist in meeting establishment profitability goals.

Computer and ten-key experience is a must. IT Analyst II

This full-time position will support the network and communication infrastructure. Technical knowledge of LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, TCP/IP, MPLS, VOIP, Windows Operating Systems, VMWare VSphere, Terminal Services, Exchange, Office Suite, and SQL. Equipment experience includes Cisco routers, switches, ASA, wireless controllers, access points, servers/PCs, and iPhones/iPads. Applicant must have excellent communication skills, self motivated, project management experience, and proficient with data communication principles including TCP/IP protocol models, network security, operations, performance monitoring and good analytical and problem solving skills. Provide excellent customer service and work well with outside vendors. Position will provide on-call support approximately every fifth Saturday morning and some duties will be completed during non-banking hours. Associate’s Degree in computer science or technical field is preferred and two+ years experience in a related position.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training.
