Mortgage Loan Processor

The function of this position is to complete administrative duties for Mortgage Loan Originators. Duties include verification, compilation and the coordination of loan closings of approved mortgage loan applications. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of two years of mortgage loan processing experience, strong time management and organization skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Basic functions consist of performing monetary transactions and managing the supply of currency and coin. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. Computer and ten-key experience is a must. Applicants should have previous retail or cash handling experience, good manual dexterity, the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong numerical skills and attention to detail. This position may require standing for long periods of time and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Experience in MS Word and Excel is required. Rotation of hours include M-W-F 9:00AM - 5:00PM, every 4th Saturday.

On-Call Teller

Basic functions include performing monetary transactions and managing the supply of currency and coin. The individual will possess cash handling experience, solid customer service skills, good manual dexterity, ability to maintain strict confidentiality, numerical skills with attention to detail and follow bank policies and procedures. This position may also require standing for long periods of time and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Experience in MS Word and Excel is desirable. All hours worked will be on an as needed basis, working as little as 2 hours, up to 8 hours per shift. In addition, will cover staff absences on a short notice.

Staff Accountant    

The position will assist in general account activities, including account reconciliations, cash management, report preparation, financial  statements, call reports and other accounting related duties. The qualified candidate will uphold a high degree of accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and possess strong organizational and time management skills. Some formal education in accounting is required, including college-level accounting classes. Previous accounting experience in a bank environment and a bachelor's degree in accounting are preferred.

This position is heavily involved in the bank's finance, accounting, budgeting and reporting functions. The successful candidate, preferably a CPA, will hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting and have a minimum of five years of experience in bank accounting and auditing.
