Preferred candidate will have at least 1-3 years of business banking loan support experience, strong attention to detail, as well as familiarity with UCC's general financial information, title work, real estate and commercial lending. Senior Compliance Officer

This position will assist with the leadership and administration of a variety of compliance functions and also assist with administration of the bank's Community Reinvestment Act Program. The preferred candidate will hold a bachelor's degree and have five to seven years related compliance management experience, expertise with Truth-in-Lending and HMDA, a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation and/or comparable training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The position will report to the Senior VP-Compliance and join a five-person compliance team. Office location is flexible, but frequent travel will be needed to the bank's corporate headquarters in Yankton, SD. Interested candidates should include a resume and cover letter.

The function of this position is to complete administrative duties for Mortgage Loan Originators. Duties include verification, compilation and the coordination of loan closings of approved mortgage loan applications.
