This position will primarily assist the Real Estate Analyst in the ordering and reviewing of all Ag and Commercial property appraisals. The position will also be responsible for assisting in the completion of Ag, Commercial, and Residential evaluations on properties that do not require or warrant an appraisal. The position will be responsible for conducting inspections, as qualified, on construction projects. Experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is desirable. Previous banking experience preferred. Process a variety of securities and cash related transactions with minimal assistance. Identify, research and resolve problems and take necessary actions. Review and verify data input and output of others. Retrieve and utilize information from trust system and other data sources. Identify processing issues and opportunities for control improvements and work with the team in correcting and improving processes. Will assist in upgrading process/procedure manuals/workflows based on current and new operational platforms and help coordinate new and on-going training for team members. Ability to work with large amounts of data within Microsoft Excel, trust system and external websites. Bachelor's degree in related field or 3 years of prior experience in financial services industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hours are M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
