Language Ability:

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Originate loan documents
  • Upload new loans into Silverlake
  • Monitor collateral, including perfection, tracking, follow-up, and release
  • Monitor insurance, including tracking and follow-up of missing and expired policies
  • Process Paid Loan documentation
  • Perform new loan documentation review
  • Monitor outstanding documents
  • Produce monthly reports for distribution
  • Update and Maintain information in Collateral tracking systems
  • Scan and Index documents into the imaging system
  • Processing denied and withdrawn applications (and files)
  • Enter HMDA information into HMDA reporting software
  • Perform compliance duties as HMDA Specialist and/or CIP Specialist
  • Act as backup receptionist
  • Answer Customer Loan inquiries

The candidate must have the capability to maintain strict confidentiality, attention to detail and comply with all Bank policies and procedures. The ability to effectively communicate with various types of clientele, co-workers and departments to resolve an assortment of needs is required. Prepare loan documentation, perform documentation reviews, and follow-up in accordance with established guidelines and policies. Hours include Monday-Friday 8-5.
