Language Ability:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Receives checks and cash for deposit
  • Cash checks and pays money from customer’s account
  • Promotes and cross-sells other banking products and services as appropriate to customer’s needs
  • Provides ongoing relationship servicing with customers to maintain goodwill and gain additional business
  • Removes deposits from, and counts and balances cash in, ATM and night depository
  • Responds to customer inquiries and requests regarding account or additional services
  • Informs and advises customers of status or enhancements to current account or service, and suggests resolution on account disputes and other account activity
  • Attendance - regularly designation work shift required

Has the ability to process a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently. The candidate must have the capability to maintain strict confidentiality, attention to detail and comply with all Bank policies and procedures. The ability to effectively communicate with various types of clientele, co-workers and departments to resolve an assortment of needs is required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team environment is essential. This is a part-time position working 25+ hours per week. This is not a seasonal position, candidate must be available to work year round. Flexible hours Monday-Friday 8:00-5:30 and rotating Saturdays 9-12.
