Place a Stop Payment

Need to place a stop payment on a check or range of checks? Log in to your Online Banking account. Note: Stop payments cannot be added through our Mobile app at this time. 

1) From the Dashboard, select the account where the transaction is posted.

2) Then select Stop Payments.

3) Choose the option that meets your needs. 

Choose if you want to stop a single check or range of checks

4) Complete the information requested on the page, select the reason and submit

Complete info form, Check #, date, payee, etc          Choose a reason for stopping: Lost, stolen, destroyed, not endorsed, etc

5) Once entered, review the information and confirm to place the Stop Payment. Click the back arrow if you want to cancel the Stop Payment.
