Why do I enjoy working at First Dakota? Plain and simple, it is the best bank in the region. I have worked for a number of banks in my 39-year banking career and all I can say is that I wish I had found First Dakota earlier. Management is supportive and forward thinking and the entire staff across all areas of the bank is amazing. In my role I have come to know a large majority of our employees and they are a joy to work with and truly care for each other.
