I started at First Dakota early in my career 24 years ago. I have grown so much professionally and really enjoy helping customers with their financial needs and am proud to work for such a customer service orientated team. I enjoy working at First Dakota because it is a fun work environment and you can always find someone to help you. I enjoy interacting with my customers, some have become life long friends. And the Ness' are great to work for. Larry instills loyalty in everyone. They just don't know you at work, they know you out in public. When my husband was going through cancer treatment, I was given the time to stay home with him and be his sole care giver. I don't think this would have been possible at any other job. When he passed so many members of upper management came to the visitation and the funeral. I retired in 2024 and wow I am still here helping when they need help.
