It's extremely difficult to choose only one favorite memory. I have several, but if I had to try and sum it up, I would say being a part of a great team where we all are given the opportunity to use our own unique skillset to help our Bank succeed, while also making it a priority to celebrate and have fun along the way. I started when we only had 2 locations. We were very small, and everyone knew each other by name. I had the privilege of "growing" while First Dakota expanded and grew to the very large and successful bank it is today. That only happens when everyone puts forth their best effort. After working at my first bank job for 14 years, it was scary to think about the interview process. I took a leap of faith & was hired. After I started a co-worker sent out a quote that read "Making a big life change is scary. But know what's even scarier? Regret." I believe in signs in life and I received my sign that I made the right choice to come to First Dakota.
