One of my favorite memories points to the fun that happens here. I was sitting at our Employee Appreciation event and we were all dressed up with our teams--Rob Stephenson was dressed as a biker, with bandana, leather jacket, etc. There was a very new employee sitting near him that he was conversing with when I heard the new employee ask of Rob, "What do you do here?" He was so new that he didn't know our President and CEO yet, and Rob casually answered something along the lines of, "Well, I'm the President of the Bank." I don't think that new employee thought that the President and CEO would be having that much fun and dressed like a biker! Positivity is my favorite core value because I truly believe that our thoughts become things. And I figure if I practice positive thinking, I will have a better chance to influence a positive outcome.
