Digital Banking Service Agreement Updates
The latest Digital Banking Service Agreement update will take effect on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, around 10:00 am CST.

Summary of changes to each agreement:
First Dakota & Loft Advisors: Changes are in bold.
- First Dakota National Bank may amend these terms or fees from time to time. You will be notified of any amendments that affect your rights or obligations. Each of your First Dakota National Bank accounts accessed by Digital Banking Services continue to be governed by the applicable account disclosures and regulations relating to deposit accounts, including but not limited to the Terms and Conditions of Your Account, Electronic Fund Transfers Your Rights and Responsibilities (exclusive to consumer accounts), and Schedule of Fees/Services.
- Terms and Conditions Addendum for Electronic Documents Service:
o For the entire Electronic Documents Service agreement, please log in to your digital banking account: Select an Account > Select Settings > Select Documents Advanced Settings > Select Disclosures. - First Dakota National Bank Bill Pay Terms and Conditions:
o Bill Pay Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. CST.
o Fees: Please reference applicable bill pay fees, as listed on the Terms and Conditions of Your Account. - New Services:
o First Dakota National Bank may, from time to time, introduce new Digital Banking Services. We will update our website and/or share new digital banking services via our marketing materials. By using these services when they become available, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this First Dakota National Bank Digital Banking Agreement.
Jack Henry Digital Terms of Use updates will include:
- The removal of references to Banno Online and Banno Mobile to follow JH’s go-forward branding strategy;
- Outlines the scope of privacy laws and the end user’s rights with respect to their use of the Digital Online Banking Platform;
- Clarifies the terms “account information” and “registration information”;
- Describes features an end user can enable to use available optional features;
- Describes the JH Conversations chat feature with AI Assist;
- Clarifies the end user’s rights and responsibilities around unauthorized access and unauthorized use;
- Additional detailed information for the use of the Digital Online Banking Platform on a mobile device, including technical standards and responsibilities for maintaining compatibility of such mobile device with the Digital Online Banking Platform;
- An explanation of service-related alerts from the Digital Online Banking Platform;
- Clarifies the risks associated with an end user’s use of the Digital Online Banking Platform over a telecommunication provider’s network;
- Describes JH’s role in the translation of the Digital Online Banking Platform; and
- Additional details around termination and suspension rights for both JH and an end user.
