Responsibilities

  • Complete input sheets for new loan papers
  • Pull and update reports
  • Submit loan requests to proper departments
  • Update information tracking system at annual review time, after new loan is closed and other times as needed
  • Notify insurance agents when FDNB needs to be listed as loss payee on policies and request copies of the policies
  • Process Paid Loan Checklists
  • Prepare lien releases for vehicle titles and mortgage satisfactions as requested
  • Order internal evaluation or appraisals, flood determinations and title insurance
  • Pull certificates of good standing and UCC searches
  • Assure compliance with applicable regulations and internal processes as loans are being prepared & processed
  • Deliver mortgages and titles to courthouse for recording or record online
  • Process payments or online transactions as needed for loan payments, funding of new loans, etc.
  • Send documentation to participating banks
  • Prepare documents for scanning/archiving
  • Coordinate real estate closings with title companies to assure a smooth process for customers
  • Assist with customer requests
  • Other duties may be assigned

Prepare and execute funding of loan packages and documentation in accordance with establishment guidelines and policies. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and good work ethic. Candidate must support and engage in First Dakota’s culture for exceptional customer service. The candidate must have the capability to maintain strict confidentiality, attention to detail and comply with all Bank policies and procedures. The ability to effectively communicate with various types of clientele, co-workers and departments to resolve an assortment of needs is required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team environment is essential. Hours include Monday-Friday 8-5.
