Telephone Banking

Don’t have a mobile phone? You can still do telephone banking with DIAL (Direct Information Access Line) through First Dakota National Bank. With your touch-tone phone, you can access account information, transfer funds, and more.

How to Use Telephone Banking

You will need your account number and your four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). The first time you access your account, you are required to change this PIN. Pressing ‘7’ will allow you to change your PIN now or at any time in the future.
