Bank from your phone with eMobile Banking, and enjoy on-the-go banking and complete banking transactions when it’s convenient for you. eMobile Banking is an app made for your phone (available on iPhone, iPad, and Android), tablet, or other mobile device.
With eMobile Banking, you can update your password, check account balances, view images of checks or deposits, transfer funds, pay bills, make deposits including Mobile Deposit, view alerts, and activate your ATM or Checkcard (or report your card as lost or stolen.) You can use person-to-person payments with either eMobile Banking or Online Bill Payment.

How to Download and Use the App
Begin by contacting us to enroll in Internet Banking. Once you have an Internet Banking account, you can download the First Dakota National Bank app. Device-specific download instructions are listed below.
iPhone or Android Device
- Download the app to your mobile device.
- Log into the app and establish a password if you haven't already done so.
- Read and accept the Mobile Banking Agreement.
- Complete the enrollment screen and tap Enroll Now.
Windows or Other Internet-enabled Mobile Device
- Download the app or go to www.airteller.com/fi6192.
- Log into the app and establish a password if you haven't already done so.
- Read and accept the Mobile Banking Agreement.
- Complete the enrollment screen and click Enroll.
- You will receive an onscreen confirmation, as well as a confirmation text message.
Computer or Laptop
- Log into Internet Banking.
- Click on Options and then Mobile Settings.
- Complete the enrollment page and click on Submit.
- Review enrollment information and click Confirm.
- You will receive an onscreen confirmation, as well as a confirmation text message.

Benefits of eMobile Banking App
eMobile Banking is free. However, your mobile carrier’s text messaging and web access charges may apply. You must be an Internet Banking customer to use eMobile Banking. Benefits of the eMobile Banking App include the following:
- Account Transparency: Allows you to view balances in My Account and see 30 days of transactions.
- Account Transfers: Easily transfer funds between your accounts.
- Move Funds Easily: Transfer funds between your accounts at First Dakota and accounts at other financial institutions with Bank-to-Bank Transfers.
- Pay Bills Online (Optional): Conveniently pay bills using Online Bill Payment.
- See Alerts Immediately: View alerts set up through Internet Banking.

A: Yes. Download our app to your iPhone or Droid or access your accounts via any mobile device that is web-enabled.
A: Log into Internet Banking through a computer and establish a password.

- Mobile settings
- Uncheck enable web access for your mobile device
- Click submit
A: If your phone number and provider are the same, no changes are necessary. If your phone number and/or provider change, log in to Internet Banking through a computer and:
- Click on options
- Mobile settings
- Edit your information
- Click submit
A: Since the service is browser based, the information is not stored on your mobile device and your information cannot be stolen. If you replace your device with a different provider and/or phone number, simply edit your settings by logging into Internet Banking through a computer and:
- Select options
- Mobile settings
- Edit your information
- Click submit
A: For security reasons, we highly recommend eMobile customers turn off the auto-complete setting. If your device is ever lost or stolen, a fraudster can easily access your accounts.
A: eMobile Banking is free! However, your mobile carrier's text messaging and web access charges may apply.

A: You will receive an on-screen confirmation as well as a confirmation text message as long as you have enabled text messaging through eMobile Banking enrollment. If you do not receive a confirmation, log into Internet Banking through a computer to confirm the transaction.
A: Log into Internet Banking through a computer and:
- Click on the Bill Payment tab
- Pending Payments
- Select delete from the drop-down box
- Click Submit
A: No. Functionality is limited to sending payments to already established payees. To add a new payee, log in to Internet Banking through a computer and:
- Click on the bill payment tab
- Add new payee
A: No. Functionality is limited to sending Bank-to-Bank eTransfers to already established accounts. To add a new account, log in to Internet Banking through a computer and:
- Click on the Bank-to-Bank eTransfer link
- Add account
A: 4:00 p.m. Central Time.
A: Your endorsement on checks deposited using Mobile Deposit need to include the following:
- Your signature—please endorse exactly the way the check is payable
- “For Mobile Deposit Only”
- The last four digits of your account number
**Don't forget to destroy the checks you have deposited through Mobile Deposit. After you see the deposit has been added to your account, please destroy the check in a cross-cut shredder to protect the check writer and yourself from fraud.
A: The following checks are not permitted and should be brought to a First Dakota location for deposit:
- Checks payable to any person or entity other than you, or to you and another party.
- Checks containing alterations to any of the fields on the front of the check (including the MICR line), or which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn.
- Checks drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States or not payable in U.S. currency.
- Checks or items issued by a U.S. federal agency, including U.S. Treasury Tax Refund Checks, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Savings Bonds or Traveler's Checks.
